Co-sourcing management of all information systems through a specialist team
BV TECH, together with TIM, manages all information systems in co-sourcing through a specialized unit integrated within the context of the Bank itself. The operating perimeter includes equipment, operating systems, software layers (middleware) for application operation, databases, access, security, archiving and backup tools.
Effectiveness and resilience
All activities are conducted in accordance with ITIL best practices and integrated with BV TECH and TIM support structures and competence centers.
The service operates 24/7 and includes Event/Incident/Problem/Change/Capcity/Access/Secuirty/Performance/Data Protection processes with defined and constantly respected SLAs.
