Our colleague Alessandro Santorsola of the CyberLab in Grottaglie and Rutigliano participated in the “2025 Security for Space Systems (3S) Conference” organized by the European Space Agency from 4 to 6 November 2025 at ESA ESTEC in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, presenting the research report “An End-to-End GEO Satellite Links Simulation Framework for Cyber Range Applications”, carried out in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Milan and the Italian Space Agency (ASI) as part of the “SOCRATE – Satellite Operations Cyber Range for Testing and Evaluation” project

The presentation illustrated the framework developed in the Cyber Range BV TECH specifically for the realistic emulation of radio frequency communication channels between ground stations and satellites, attracting considerable interest from conference participants and an extremely positive assessment of the quality of the work carried out. The research report will subsequently be published by IEEE in the conference proceedings.
