Infrastructure and multi-technology Transceiver for monitoring of people and objects in indoor and outdoor environments
Cammeo is a technology that supports every user, be it an elderly person, a disabled person or anyone who needs information on their localisation regardless of where they are, outdoors or inside a building.
The goal is to create a device that offers a generally better service than individual localisation technologies, thanks to the high degree of collaboration between the technologies used.

Transparent and functional geo-localisation
The information regarding localisation must coexist in a single device that is capable of managing, in a completely transparent way for the user, the transfer between the various technologies used to define positioning both in open and closed environments.
In the first case, already available technologies such as GPS/GNSS satellite signals are used.
In the second case, available and functioning technologies are used, some of which were created to support services different from localization, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, ZigBee but also RFID.
This allows the interaction of multiple means of communication on the same device. Such means are integrated by proprietary algorithms for the best definition of indoor localisation, with continuity and a high degree of accuracy characteristics.
Progesi is responsible for the technical-operational coordination of the project, the design of the software applications and the testing of the developed prototypes.
