electronic Justice Relationship Management
The main objective of the eJRM project is the study of new completely virtual methods of managing relations between the Citizen and the “Justice System” and the design and demonstration of an IT Platform specialized in the legal domain. This platform will aim to have a completely online management of activities connected to the conduct of certain types of legal disputes (On-Line Trial) and for the management of a dispute through the use of the network and alternative dispute resolution methods, such as the institution of mediation (On-line Alternative Dispute Resolution).
The eJRM platform will be used as an enabling technology for the remote and paperless implementation via internet of all phases of the mediation procedure in accordance (art 8) with the Legislative Decree 28/2010, as amended by the “Decree of Making”, DL 21 June 2013, n.69. 69.

Virtualization of judicial processes
In particular, eJRM will support the complete computerization and virtualization of document drafting and exchange processes, of joint and/or separate meeting sessions between Parties, the management of the correct flow of activities, the training and collaboration of Mediation operators (mediators, lawyers) and Citizens, the classification and definition of the case, the research and consultation of the case history in the resolution and the identification and evaluation of the possible outcomes.
In addition to the general project coordination and technical-scientific responsibility, BV TECH is responsible for the design and implementation of the Virtual Room application module, which allows web-conferencing of physical meetings (joint and individual mediation sessions) between the mediator and the parties involved.
