Spinoff anti-fraud solution from the Polytechnic University of Milan
Fraudsealer is a fraud identification tool based on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, developed by BV TECH together with the Polytechnic University of Milan.
The data collected by the MISE and the CLUSIT Report reveal important critical issues with respect to the issues of Cybercrime and Supply Chain Security.
Modularity, agility, constant evolution
Fraudsealer is a Plug and Play SaaS; it is integrated with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics; it can be connected to any ERP via API and it has a fully customizable interface.
The algorithms are developed and kept in constant evolution, in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Milan, so Fraudsealer is an ongoing updated platform that is adaptive towards new threat scenarios.
Fraudsealer is a game- changing tool because it eliminates both the economic losses generated by fraud and the waste of resources of non-resolvable prevention processes and the consequent actions to resolve the damage.
The Total Cost of a Fraud (TCOF) is certainly made up of the loss generated by the fraud, but also of the reputational damage and the organic cost of tools and personnel to prevent and manage it, in addition to the so-called Customer Lifetime Value Impact (CLVI), i.e. the impact on the Customer’s profitability throughout the commercial relationship with the company.
Fraudsealer guarantees a small number of false positives, a reduced cost of the tools and personnel employed and compliance with the Decree 231 (which attributes to company administrators responsibility of supervising the organizational model), since it enables supervision with continuous
real-time control.
In Italy alone, in 2020, the number of cyber-attacks increased exponentially (more than 70%) and generated fraud worth billions of euros.
Many companies have reported having experienced at least one cybersecurity incident within a 12-month period.
