Network for Health Management
The main objectives of the NET4HEALTH project are the design, creation, testing and validation of an IT platform to support the management of PDTA and PAI for patients suffering from chronic conditions (Heart Failure) typical of the elderly and cancer patients.
The project aims to speed up and increase the effectiveness of therapeutic treatments carried out in the de-hospitalization phase, using digital technologies to optimize workflows and connect the activities involving healthcare and social care facilities spread across the territory.

Performance and speed of treatments
The research prototypes created include tools for the IT management of PTDA/PAI, Digital Distance Monitoring Services, Applications for the management of Care Continuity and Integrated Home Care, Statistical Analysis Algorithms and algorithms of the generation of predictive models.
As part of the project, TBRIDGE will develop the PDTA for the Cardiology clinical area, the design, prototyping and experimentation of the IT platform for the cardiology area and the study of methods of industrial exploitation of the research results.
